As we can set the internet access time on VISTA option when parents going out childrens used to access the internet unlimited time. In such situations parents can control the net access time in a particular time system will be going shutdown.
Step:1 Go to Start-> Control Panel-> User accounts and family safety-> Parental Control.
Step:2 Select user account
Step:3 Go to On, enforce current settings set time limit as per available time table
